How it Works:
Using patented magnetic technology researched and tested by marine biologists on predatory shark species, Sharkbanz Fishing tackle overwhelms a shark’s electroreception, creating a highly unpleasant sensation that can stop the ocean’s Taxman in his tracks – protecting your catch, gear, and good time on the water. Sharkbanz tackle does not harm sharks or repel other fish.

The Zeppelin is proven to reduce the number of fish lost to sharks while targeting bottom dwelling fish species. Our compact design minimizes drag, can be used to replace the sinker on your rig, and has the unique benefit of a shark deterrent field.

A Note on Sustainability:
Our hope is that the adoption of these products will lead to less shark depredation, which in turn helps keep more fish (and sharks) in the ocean. Total mortality is not accounted for when fishermen reach their catch limits, so in many cases, far too many fish are caught in order to reach that limit.

Our products are made with biodegradable, plant based plastics that will break down if lost in the ocean over a period of years, not centuries.
