I love a good beef comforting food and this slow cooker garlic butter beef and potatoes recipe is so heartwarmingly delicious. The beef is so tender and flavorful. This beef and potatoes dish is good for winter.
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs beef stew meat
1 lbs gold baby potatoes
1 large onion, minced
6 cloves of garlic, minced
3 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried rosemary
salt and black pepper to your taste ( i used 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper)
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup red wine
