Warm Milk - 150 g
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Dry yeast - 7 g
Warm water - 200 ml
Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Potato filling:
Potatoes - 700 g
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Onion - 150 g (1.5 PCs)
Salt and pepper - to taste
Dill - optional
Vegetable oil for frying
