What’s up Footy Fam! I interviewed Benjamin Šeško and Kevin Kampl from RB Leipzig during their 2024 USA Tour.

After visiting Leipzig in April 2024, I got a feel for the club and the city, and it was great to link up with the team in NYC!

I asked Kevin Kampl about his favorite things about the United States, his favorite American TV shows and what it’s like playing for a Red Bull club.

I asked Benjamin Šeško about the importance of the summer tour for the current Bundesliga season, his time at the Euros representing Slovenia, and his objectives for the 2024/25 Bundesliga season.

Lastly, I asked both of them about the role that the fans play in RB Leipzig’s success as it is the only top professional football team in former East Germany, outside of Berlin (and Holstein Kiel this season).
