On today's video, Jordan, Marlin and Cliff fish for one of the most delicious fish that enter our river, the summer steelhead. These fish enter our rivers in the Pacific Northwest in the spring and summer months with high fat content. This makes them incredibly tasty. Jordan decides to make fish tacos and do a little taste test with the seasonings that we have coming out soon.
