Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
water
First combine flour, salt, oil in mixing bowl (you can do this on the counter top by making a well in the flour and mixing in the ingredients) You want to add the water slowly and mix the dough continuously. If you add too much water you can add more flour. You just want the dough to stick together and form a ball. Wrap the dough and let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Divide dough in half and use a rolling pin or kitchen aid pasta attachment. I was making fettuccini so I begun at the #1 dial the thickest and went to #4 dial. Occasionally you might have to flour your dough as you feed it though the pasta maker. Once completely rolled to your thinness you can use the pasta as fettuccini, ravioli or tortellini. This is a very simple recipe that I use to make pasta. Sometimes I add eggs in my pasta but I really like eggless pasta.
