This kettlebell armbar is a classic that checks so many boxes. We really don’t have to get complicated here...
1. Test shoulder IR/ER flat on your back.
2. Get into the armbar and take a good 10 breaths gently in through the nose expanding the ribcage and long solid exhales out through the mouth.
3.After 10 breaths start hitting the capsule CAR or shoulder rotations shown. For bonus points inhale during external rotation and exhale during internal rotation. It’s okay to not even think about when you breath also.
4.Safely place the weight down and recheck that shoulder ROM letting us know if you had any changes or not
5. Do not forget to lift weights and train.
