The City of Dunwoody's Traffic Control Center at City Hall is connected to all 60 traffic signals in the city limits. It allows engineers to monitor, adjust and improve traffic flow. During critical incidents on I-285, the system plays a critical role in traffic management. Funding for the project came from the Perimeter Community Improvement Districts, the federal DOT and the City of Dunwoody.
