I'm going to be teaching you guys how to throw a tornado roundhouse kick. OK, I like to stay in my fighting stance, like this. Now I'm going to first demonstrate one. I'm going to turn behind. Knees up, jump, roundhouse kick. One more time. One, two, three.

So to explain this, I'm going to teach you guys step by step. I'm going to stay in my fighting stance. I'm going to do the thing called the back turn. One. This way. I like to turn my head. Now my back leg I'm going to bring it forward towards my target, two. I'm going to do a jump with this leg and a roundhouse kick, three. And that's how you do a tornado roundhouse kick.

I like to, again, practice with my partner. He's going to be holding the target. Again, he's going to hold the roundhouse kick style hand target. I'm going to stay in my fighting stance. One. It's important to find your distance first. OK? Don't be too far out, don't be too close in. I like to stay, again, right where would be perfect for me.

So now, I'm going to do my tornado roundhouse kick. I'm going to turn, one. Knees up, jump, roundhouse kick. A little faster. One more time. And that's how you do tornado roundhouse kick.
