Hey fam! I hope your Saturday is a chill and relaxing one! This weekend is extra special for Stevie and I because we're celebrating our one year wedding anniversary tomorrow. We spent a couple of days this week in Catalina Island which was beyond gorgeous and amazing. I edited this little vlog for you guys - sharing some highlights from our little getaway! This trip was totally not planned (by me atleast!) Stevie surprised me the night before we were leaving and told me to pack my bags. ha! We had a good time and we're the type of people who love to find reasons to celebrate life and love with each other.

If you're wondering where we stayed in Catalina Island - it was called The Inn at Mt. Ada. This was the cutest 1920's hotel that was originally the home of the Wrigley's. (Yes - the gum brand and Cubs Stadium Wrigley Field.) It only has 6 rooms and every single one is unique and different from the other. We stayed in the Windsor suite that overlooks all of Catalina. We learned that once upon a time Presidents Herbert Hoover and Calvin Coolidge stayed in that room. Kinda crazy? It sounds like I'm totally promoting this place but truthfully, this entire trip wasn't sponsored in any way. Stevie spent quite a bit of time researching for the perfect getaway. God, I love him.
Thank you guys for watching this video and being apart of the adventures with us! We truly love sharing fun moments from our life. It's cool to look back on our travel vlogs and reminisce on all the trips we've taken since we got married. Ready for year number 2. :)
