Adriano De Souza and Silvana Lima were at the Kelly Slater Wave Pool LIVE this morning. Guess what? The waves were going off. Overhead barreling waves were on tap.
Check out this unique perspective of the facility and the wave machine itself. A freight train like mechanism moves along side the wave pool with the wave. In addition you see huge over flow channels that allow water to escape the pool (most likely eliminating any backwash affects). The overflow water rushes with enough momentum to splash up over a seawall. Silvana gets splashed and loved it.
