New Zealand is hosting a virtual gathering of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (#APEC) economy leaders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, business and thought leaders. The APEC Leaders' Week is held entirely online due to COVID-19 prevention. Topping the agenda are pandemic control, economic recovery, climate change and sustainable development. Chinese President Xi Jinping participated via video link with a message of regional cooperation.
