Hello fellow dividend investors! Today I had a great green day in the market it is always nice to open up the brokerage account and see we made some money! Realty Income is priced at a really deep discount from my average cost. I'd love to make a huge purchase of stock right now. Not only would it boost my future returns BUT, it would also bump up my yield. If it stays at these lower levels I might use dividend income to buy up some more shares. Coca Cola is boasting a pretty nice return on my 10 shares. I really wish it would drop a bit so I could buy more but I'll be patient. In time Coca Cola will be in my top 3 biggest positions. Apple has a double digit return as of right now we only gave a single share. I plan on this being one of the biggest positions and in turn divined payers in the entire portfolio. I just watched the Jobs movie and really love the Apple story as well! I recommend the movie to anyone who is a fan of the company! Abbvie is still flying high I have a double digit return on the pharma company. Trow is still plummeting which is good for me, I plan on buying it with any spare cash I can accumulate. I added Aflac to my watchlist I love the company and it makes more sense dividend wise than Visa does. They have similar growth rates, nice margin and both have very low payout ratios. I'm actually going to the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting on Friday! I'm so so so excited for the meeting! This is my second year going and I am hoping to make it a annual tradition.
