Recipe (Serves 4-8):
Casserole -
4 lbs. cooked sweet potatoes
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup melted butter
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tsp salt
Streusel-
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 lb. cold butter
3/4 cup AP flour
