Building and shooting my Junxing Phoenix compound bow. So, is it any good??
Hi everyone and Merry Christmas. Hope Santa brought everything you wanted. Today I put together my cheap Chinese compound bow, as well as taking my first shots with it.
For a beginner it is a great way to get into archery. the bow itself can be bought for $230 Aussie Dollars. Don't forget you will need to get a rest, sight, and arrows to start shooting.
I like the bow. Its well made for the price and does exactly what it is supposed to do.
I am a recurve shooter but enjoy shooting my Bowtech guardian (2008 version). Only trouble is I have a split in one of the limbs so cannot shoot it. So can the Chinese make a good cheap bow for the beginner shooter???
