Ingredients
5 dry red chillies
1 tsp of coriander seeds
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 tsp of fennel seeds
½ tsp of pepper corn
4 green cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
½ tbsp. of dessicated coconut
2 sticks of curry leaves
2 slit green chillies
2 finely chopped medium sized onions
½ tbsp. of ginger garlic paste
2 tomatoes
250 grams of prawn
1 tbsp of oil
Salt as per taste
Take a pan and add 5 dry red chillies, 1 tsp of coriander seeds, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of fennel seeds, ½ tsp of pepper corn, 4 green cardamom, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 cloves, ½ tbsp. of dessicated coconut. Then dry roast it for 3 minutes. Keep it aside and let it cool down
Take a grinder jar and add the roasted ingredients and add 1/4th cup of water and then grind it into a paste.
Take a pan and 1 tbsp of oil and add 2 sticks of curry leaves, 2 slit green chillis. Fry it for a minute. Then add 2 finely chopped medium sized onions. Fry it for 3 minutes until the time the onions turn golden brown. Then add ½ tbsp. of ginger garlic paste and fry it until the raw smell of the ginger garlic paste goes away. Then add a puree of 2 tomatoes and mix it with the onions and then add 1/4th tsp of salt and mix it well and fry it for another 4 minutes. Add 250 grams of prawns and mix it well with the rest of the ingredients. After that, add the ground paste and mix it well with the prawns and let it cook for 3 minutes. Then add the salt as per taste and fry it for another 4 minutes. Switch off the flame and your dish is ready is ready to be served. Garnish with a few coriander leaves.
