After being inspired by a close friend to venture into the import and export industry, Dendre Sonda has never looked back.

Sustainable cooking oil is in huge demand across South-East Asia and it wasn’t long until he settled on working with the Harumas cooking oil brand, exporting it to the Philippines.

Recognizing that customers’ needs are constantly evolving, Dendre has had to ensure that his products are traceable and sustainable, guaranteeing it meets expectations.

Palm oil is a key ingredient in many of the products we take for granted, from the food we eat to the biofuel that powers our vehicles.

We’ve partnered with five Indonesians to show the role that sustainably-produced palm oil plays in their lives, enabling their businesses to grow while benefitting the economy.

Together with RSPO, GIMINI and APROBI, we’re telling their stories to highlight the positive impact of sustainably-produced palm oil.
