Mongolian Beef is a popular beef dish served at many Chinese-American restaurants as well as being a top favorite take out item. The only thing Mongolian is the use of beef, and you probably won't find this on any Chinese menu outside of the US.
This is a really simple dish to make at home saving on the restaurant and take out bills. I will show you how to make this tasty Mongolian beef.

350g Beef
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 egg
corn starch
Red and green pepper – chilies
2 Dried red chilies – seeds removed cut
Oil fry beef – take out
Garlic ginger
Dried chili
Shaoxing wine
Green onion – onion – carrot
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar – NOTE: somewhere in Editing it was deleted!
1 tsp sweet black vinegar – Dark Soy Sauce
¼ cup water
Shake white pepper
