Topic: I finally attempted to complete the 10,000 calories challenge. I burned 5,000 calories and consumed 5,000 calories in one day.
The calorie Tracker and food tracker on the video timing could be a little bit off, but I ate a rice Krispy treats, one bar, and sonic slushy as a snack before the hill sprint. When I say 500 burned, it shows 800 calories burned. That indicator shows a complete calorie session by heart rate monitor Polar H10.
