The London Overground is a London Overground is a group of six routes serving many areas of the Capital. It has a metro frequency but uses parts of the National Rail network and mainline-sized trains (much bigger than some Underground trains).
The East London line was converted from an Underground service and connected to other routes, creating an orbital railway around London.
