In this video I demonstrate how to make a versatile (and blow-out proof) box Joint Jig. This jig is designed to be another module for my Ultimate Small Workshop Bench. It clamps right onto the ledge of the work bench and allows you to work with any length or width of board, plywood, and in this demo, MDF. This has no moving parts, is very simple to build and will give you consistent, box joints every time. In addition, you can modify the design to work with any board thickness (i.e. 2X6, 2X10 etc..) and modify the track width to create larger fingers for the joint.
