for the cake;
flour (maida) - 2 cups (300g)
cocoa powder 1/2 cup (50g)
baking powder 1 & 1/2 tsp (7g)
sugar 1 cup (200g)
2 eggs - room temperature
cooking oil 3/4 cup (175ml)
milk 1 cup (250ml)
vanilla extract 1tsp (5ml)
instant coffee 1tbsp (5g)
water (hot) - 1 cup (250ml)

for the chocolate Ganache :
flour (maida) - 2tbsp (15g)
sugar 1/4 cup (50g)
cocoa powder 2tbsp (15g)
milk 400ml
butter 60g

*** baking tin 8 inch
*** baking time ; bake preheated oven at 180c for 25 to 30 minutes


*** CUP SIZE : FULL CUP 250ML | HALF CUP 125ml | 1/3 CUP 80ML | 1/4 CUP 60ML | 1 TBSP 15ML | 1/2 TBSP 7.5ML | 1 TSP 5 ML | 1/2 TSP 2.5ML ! ***
