This really simple recipe of Curried Shrimp simmered in coconut milk is just amazing!

Ingredients
10-15 medium/large shrimp
1 1/2 cup coconut milk, (can or powered)
1-2 tbsp curry powder
1-2 tsp turmeric powder (optional)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
Oil for cooking
Bell peppers
Pimento peppers (optional)
Garlic & Onion
Green onion & Parsley for garnish
