Max Mosley says he doesn't see Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone's role changing "unless he wants it to change".
The Miami Dolphins American football team owner Stephen Ross is reportedly working with investors from Qatar to buy a stake in Formula 1 racing, including Ecclestone's five per cent shares.
