Anesthesia causes us to say many funny things we would not ordinarily say. Don't worry, we don't judge patients in surgery, in particular when they're under anesthesia. It's from the disinhibition that anesthesia medications cause in our brains. Even though this happens pretty often, I don't blame the patients or make fun of them, it's just a reality of what sometimes happens, and your doctors totally understand it. Don't let this add to your stress or anxiety of your surgery. We don't want patients to be afraid of surgery because of things they might say when they're under the influence of anesthesia!
