Mueller contacts the S.S.S to help him track down Lenheim a.k.a Prince Olivert who wants to have a good time before the conference begins. They soon realize he has a few screws loose upstairs. Later, an unexpected twist sees Randy's cousin Shirley assisting the crew track down a missing kitten. Shirley is fascinated with Rixia who she runs into at Arc en Ciel.
