Following an atmospheric river, the Skokomish River, which drains the southern slopes of the Olympic Mountains, reached its second highest crest on record. At 18.05 feet, it narrowly missed the 2007 record of 18.2 feet. This package includes footage of flooded homes, submerged vehicles, and the river flooding. This was filmed on the afternoon of December 18th, following the atmospheric river.
