This video was recorded on 23rd December 2023. We started our journey from kolkata at 5am, we took GT Road, reached Shaktigarh at 7am, had our breakfast. Then reached Baranti, Purulia at 11:30 am via Durgapur, Andal, Raniganj. The road was pretty good after panagarh and we had to cross the Raniganj town and the market it was a bit crowded but other than that the road was excellent. We stayed at Palash Bari Eco Logical Resort, Baranti. It was located near the Baranti Dam(2km) in the Palash forest. You will get the feel staying into the forest, the rural village. After lunch we visited Ramchandrapur Dam A.K.A Baranti Dam. There was a watch tower at Baranti Eco Tourism resort, where we witnessed the stunning view of the Baranti Lake from the top.You can enjoy the baranti lake view from room and tent of this resort. Then from the other side of the lake we got the best view of the best sunset of 2023.
