My intentions with these videos are 2 fold. First being to spread awareness of the critical importance of proper spinal healthcare and the second being to shift the approach of society from a symptom treating healthcare approach to a more holistic approach. Holistic meaning giving our body what it needs to be healthy and protecting it from things that make us unhealthy. My goal is to give value with these videos, so ask some questions!
