Is BULKING vaulted? 😱
Nah.
Maingaining is nothing new. You can gain muscle while trying to maintain your weight. You can also gain muscle while bulking. And actually, you can gain muscle while losing weight if done correctly.
It just depends on your goal…
But then why bulk?
Bulking doesn’t mean you should try and put on as much weight as possible. Bulking should be just as controlled as weight loss (albeit you can be more flexible). There’s no need to put on anymore weight than you need to on a weekly basis. But bulking just ensures you can try to maximise your growth as much as possible because building muscle already takes a long damn time.
And how much muscle is that? No one actually knows. In fact, no one actually knows what’s better than the other in a lot of things when it comes to building muscle, so stop taking everything at face value and come up with your own conclusion to find what works best for you.
Just know that you can’t stay the same weight forever if you want to efficiently put on muscle. And you don’t need to push the bulk so fast or far. Other than that, do whatever is the most practical for you. Not the most optimal.
