I'm not good at them and I'm also not very interested in all the tech specs on the latest running shoes so this is my (not) shoe review of the hugely anticipated SALOMON S/LAB Pulsar 3.

Why make a vlog about a shoe if you don't like shoe reviews? The previous version of this shoe blew my mind unlike any other shoe in recent memory but it was lacking one seriously needed update. Did SALOMON make that update? You better believe it!

Come along as I spend my first week running some of my gnarliest local trails in the worst possible conditions to see if the update in the new S/LAB Pulsar makes this a serious contender for shoe of the year or not.
