17 November is World Prematurity Day and Bliss has produced a video detailing real life stories to bring hope to families of premature babies all around the world.
Every year, 15 million babies are born too soon around the globe, around 60,000 right here in the UK.
This year we have joined together with other organisations from around the world to raise awareness of the serious problems these babies and their families face.
We hope that by sharing our video we can spread hope to the many families whose baby has been born prematurely.
