Today I'm going to install back all the air suspension components such as the valve block, driver pack, dryer / filter, exhaust silencer, air pipes and air compressor. I'll then test-run the system and see if it at least inflates the airbags to pressure.
Then I'll tackle the rust on the left drivers side floor pan. Most likely due to ingress of water when you enter the car and drive it the water can seep under the plastic sill protector and into the nice cable guide. The passenger right side didn't have any signs of rust, but the carpets are super moist. My theory is that it must be from condensation of the metal floor pan when it's cold outside and hot in the car. Please leave you feedback and insight if you have any ideas on how I can combat this issue.
While the rust protection and inhibiter works I managed to fix the armrest "screws" on the front door panels and install them with new clips. See this video for more details about how I do that:
