They say if you visit Fairbanks, AK during the aurora viewing months, you have a 90% chance of seeing them over a 3 day period. To prove that, I went out aurora hunting for 3 consecutive nights. The first 2 nights didn't pan out with anything too impressive, but on the third night, aurora finally came out to play!

Did you notice the shooting stars, milky way, or sunset in the time lapses? Did you notice that when the lights were bright enough, they reflected off the snow and brightened the whole scene?
