Penn Museum members are invited for a private viewing of our current exhibition, Unearthing a Masterpiece: A Roman Mosaic from Lod, Israel. Dr. C. Brian Rose, Curator-in-Charge, Mediterranean Section, discusses the history, significance, and decorative motifs of the recently unearthed masterpiece, as well as how it relates to the Museum's own impressive Roman Collection.
