The Minnesota Marathon is more than a month month away and training is in full-force. In this vlog series, Coach Brian has been sharing everything that goes into training for a marathon.
26.2 miles isn't something that you just go out and do everyday. It takes months and months of training and that's what Brian has chosen to do.
So the past three months has gone well so far. There has been injuries, there has been struggles, there has been successes, and there has been a lot of complaining!
You can't just push through it and expect good things to happen. And if you want to stay healthy and keep going the distance, recovering from an injury has to be taken seriously.
In this video, Coach Brian talks about running better without running... It's a unique approach but it WORKS! Take his advice and opinions seriously. Not only does it work from his experience but he is also a Triathlon Coach, Certified Strength Coach and a Sports Nutritionist.
