The 19,100 TEU Indian Ocean enters Felixstowe on Monday, 16th May 2016. Tug Svitzer Shotley takes position on the ship's starboard quarter, and provides a sideways push at the stern, replacing the steering effect of the usual sternrope powered indirect technique usually employed for the dog-leg turn at Beach End, when bringing in ultra-large container vessels. Svitzer Stanford stands by on the stern rope in case of problems.
