Men and women who are overweight or obese can have too much estrogen. Do you want to know how to decrease it so you can finally lose weight, get rid of cellulite or man boobs?
First, we need to get rid of all things that are estrogenic - so no eating or drinking from plastics, no eating PUFAs, which means no refined oils and basically all processed foods
Stop drinking alcohol, especially beer and stop putting fragrances on your skin and get rid of unnatural cosmetics and skin care products. Don't eat foods with pesticides and herbicides sprayed on them too.
Optimizing thyroid function will be huge as well so again, don't drink or eat PUFAs. Increase your protein consumption, as well, and lift weights instead of doing cardio.
Also eat more saturated fats particularly from beef, butter, ghee, and even tallow, since these contain stearic acid, a known aromatase inhibitor, and those are also great sources of fat soluble vitamins which greatly help with hormone optimization
Another thing you can do is get more calcium, through raw dairy, if you can tolerate it. Adequate calcium consumption can help with fat loss and improving liver function.
