Hello and welcome to the first ever video of GrowingGreen! Thanks for stopping by to watch! This video is a step by step instructional on how I like to pickle/preserve my home grown gherkins!
Before you attempt to make this recipe, ensure you have the following ingredients:
- Pickling Cucumbers
- White Vinegar (make sure it is white!)
- Corriander
- Mustard Seed
- Basil
- White Sugar
The method and ingredients used in this video is only one way to do it, there are many ways! I welcome any constructive comments about my method and video! I hope to set up a Facebook page sometime in the near future where I can list methods and ingredient lists for you to follow.
