For most people I have met who think they know what Chinese martial arts are about, Wuzuquan is an odd-looking system. But it is a *system*. Everything we practise is designed to systematically develop the fascial strength, core strength and whole-body co-ordination that underpins our stability, our mobility, our ability to absorb shots and deflect shots, and our ability to dish them out.
Even people who practise Chinese martial arts often look at us, bemused, and ask: "What the hell is this?" And those are the polite ones!
Some get to have a taste. Then they ask: "How the hell do you do that?"
