½ kg (1.1lbs) lamb backstrap
200 grams (7oz) of lamb belly fat
1 onion thinly sliced
Marinade Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of peanut oil
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorn powder
Seasoning spice:
2 teaspoons of cumin powder
¼ teaspoon of Sichuan peppercorn powder
