Buckwheat is a delicious vegan gluten-free superfood (despite the “wheat” in its name).
It’s very easy to cook and it requires only 20 minutes from start to finish.
This recipe does not require any extra sugar, cause the plant milk I used already contains a little sugar, but if you use unsweetened milk make sure you add at least one teaspoon of maple syrup (or agave) or more if needed and I’m sure it will taste amazing 😁
Ingredients:
100 g toasted buckwheat groats
360 ml hazelnut milk
juice of a medium orange
zest of a medium orange
2 tablespoons vegan cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings:
Orange slices
Chopped hazelnuts
More orange zest
Pomegranate seeds
