Pickled egg taste test, 3 recipes. In this video I will show you what three types of pickled eggs I jarred up weeks ago taste. Two of the three recipes were new to me and were delicious just the same.
Pickled eggs are such a nice way to be able to make those eggs last much longer. Pickling them ensures you can eat those eggs for several months once you pickle them. This pickled egg taste test was so much fun and gave me ideas of more to try.

Three Pickled Egg Recipes:
-GARLIC DILLED PICKLED EGGS-
1.5 cups of vinegar
1 cup of water
Dill (fresh) add the amount to your liking
2 TBSP pickling mix
2 (fresh) garlic cloves sliced
3 TSP salt
**Boil brine, add over eggs in jar (approx 12 eggs per quart size jar)**
-PEPERONCINI PEPPER & PINEAPPLE PICKLED EGGS-
1.5 cups of vinegar
1 cup of water
2 TBSP of peperoncini peppers
1/4 cup of sugar
12 oz pineapple juice
1 TSP salt
**Boil brine, add over eggs in jar (approx 12 eggs per quart size jar)**
-SOY SAUCE PICKLED EGGS-
1.5 cups of vinegar
1 cup of water
1 TBSP of chili sauce
2 TBSP of sugar
1/3 cup of soy sauce
green onion scallions (to your liking)
1 TSP salt
**Boil brine, add over eggs in jar (approx 12 eggs per quart size jar)**
