Ingredients:
🧄 Garlic Confit Flavored Oil:
- 2cups / 500ml of neutral oil (grapeseed, avocado, canola, vegetable)
- 5 bulbs of garlic
- Herbs & spices (optional)
🌶️ Chili Flavored Oil:
- 2 cups / 500ml of neutral oil (grapeseed, avocado, canola, vegetable)
- 1-2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp sichuan peppercorns
- 3 star anise
- ½ cloves
- ½ tsp cardamom pods
- ½ coriander seeds
- ½ - 1 tsp salt
- 2 medium shallots
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 5 tbsp / 30g chili flakes
🌿 Fresh Herb Flavored Oil:
- 2 cups / 500ml oil of choice
- 100g basil
- ice
