Miss Colombia Paulina Vega is the new Miss Universe.
"Now, I'm here living in New York. (I like) everything but the weather. This has been very difficult for me," said Vega.
The former business administration student has been traveling throughout Colombia and now the world as the reigning beauty queen.
"I am not the most beautiful in the universe, but I am the most lukcy," said Vega.
