Bernard takes us back to Singapore for an experience that introduces us to what life in the city is really like for the majority of Singaporeans. Together, we'll be exploring a semi-suburban areas of concentrated subsidized public housing, a "heartland". We'll get a sense of what public apartment housing is like, we'll visit a traditional fresh food market or "Wet Market", a well as a UNESCO recognized Hawkers Culture Centre. This is not your typical experience, and one we could never share with you in real life. Only through the eyes of the camera and the guidance of Bernard are we able to explore this part of Singapore
