'Please Don't Light Me on Fire' Double IPA is a semi juicy VERY hoppy homebrew that I modeled after Ninkasi's 'Tricerahops' DIPA. I love this beer it's fruity, floral, and will knock your socks off! The ABV is 9.1% so be careful if you brew it yourself!
The method of dry hopping I use is pretty common when you're making a juicy ipa. The yeast reacts with the hops to create a lovely haze (that has little yeast in it because I used a floating dip tube!) and super fruity aroma.
