This position of the high-ranking official makes it clear that the entire Western commonwealth has decided to rid the world of the Russian president.
In response to a question about whether Putin could be welcomed on the world stage if he repents, Johnson said in an interview: "Repentance will be very difficult for Vladimir Putin right now. I believe that nothing is impossible, but I don't see how relations with Putin can be normalized right now."

"They're bombing, shooting, and committing full-scale attacks on innocent civilians, and it has to stop," Johnson said.
He noted that Britain will continue to provide the Ukrainians with whatever military assistance they can defend against Putin's "barbaric aggression."...
