This video shows a 500 kg MOTOMAN palletising robot from YASKAWA with Qubiqa LayerPicker® Flex-R automatically building pallets. The system picks layers of products from source pallets and moves the layers to order pallets. The system is capable of picking rainbow layers as well as homogeneous layers. This is an award winning site in Australia and was integrated by Dematic.
