This Dead Bug Variation is my favorite...HANDS DOWN.
I know, it's not the sexiest variation but when you perform this exercise with intent, you'll feel your hips integrate with the rest of your trunk.
Simply push opposite hand into opposite knee but don't let your hip move as you push with your hand. Maintain this active tension while also being mindful of the other limbs in motion and focusing on stabilizing those limbs with the utmost control.
